The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is the largest and most comprehensive trade show for professionals who sell products related to the offshore oil and gas industries. The conference attracts delegations from more than 100 countries.

The U.S. Department of Commerce is excited to offer U.S. exhibitors at the 2019 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) export assistance in entering or increasing their presence in international markets!

“Executive International Market Counseling Meetings” offers you a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with our Commercial Specialists from U.S. Embassies and Consulates who have recruited delegations of vetted, legitimate buyers from their markets to attend OTC 2019. You will be briefed on individual market opportunities and challenges related to the offshore oil and gas industry and market potential for your products and services. All meetings will last 30 minutes.

  • Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Myanmar, and Singapore
  • Eurasia: Kazakhstan and Ukraine
  • Middle East: Iraq, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and UAE
  • North America: Mexico
  • South America: Guyana and Brazil
  • Africa: Angola, Mozambique and Nigeria

Additionally, representatives from the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), the Export-Import Bank of the United States (ExIm) and Industry and Analysis (I&A) will be available for meetings.

  • SBA provides a number of financial assistance programs for small businesses that have been specifically designed to meet key financing needs, including debt financing, surety bonds, and equity financing.
  • EXIM fills in the gap for American businesses by equipping them with the financing tools necessary to compete for global sales when private sector lenders are unable or unwilling to provide financing.

EIC Meetings will take place at the NRG ARENA, Second Level, Room 3 from 9-5 pm Tuesday, May 7. Meetings will last 30 minutes. There is no fee to participate.

You must be a U.S. company to register for this program. All products and services must be at least 51% U.S. content.
