REACH – Are You Ready for the 2018 Registration Deadline?

REACH compliance is mandatory for all U.S. companies exporting one or more metric ton of chemicals to the European Union.  The final registration deadline for all chemicals is May 31st, 2018.  Join us for an informative webinar to hear a presentation delivered by Marie Roussel, Head of EcoMundo’s North America office.  She will discuss REACH requirements with a specific focus on issues related to the 2018 deadline.

Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) is the EU regulation governing manufacture and import of chemical substances, and has been in force in all EU Member States since June 1, 2007. It also applies in Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway. In general, REACH requires the registration of chemical substances manufactured or imported into the EU in quantities exceeding 1 metric ton per year. This requirement applies per substance and per manufacturer or importer (as appropriate).
