Opportunity to Meet with Industry Specialists at NPEW 2018

If your export-ready company is interested in learning about opportunities and challenges in select international markets, we invite you to request to meet with our U.S. Department of Commerce/U.S. Commercial Service Industry Specialists during Natural Products Expo West 2018.

Industry specialists from select countries (listed on the registration form, below) are expected to be at NPEW 2018, and can discuss your market potential, regulatory requirements, sales channels, and more.

Each brief meeting will take place either at your booth or at the Global Resource Center (GRC), located in Room 204C. Meetings at the GRC (unlike booth meetings) will be scheduled for a particular day/time, so please make sure you can leave your booth if requesting meetings at the GRC (in either case, for planning purposes we will request to know the days/times you are not available during the show).

Some of our specialists do not cover the processed foods sector and will not be available to meet with such companies. This is noted, where applicable, on the registration form, below.

In addition to requesting meetings with industry specialists, you also have the option to meet with a representative from the The Export-Import Bank of the United States and/or the SBA Office of International Trade to discuss export finance solutions for your business.

Further, if you have questions with regard to international trade and policy issues, you can also request an appointment with our Washington, DC-based Industry Analyst.

Advance Promotion of U.S. Exhibitors to International Buyers

As an added value program, we are also offering the opportunity to promote your U.S. business to international buyers that are being recruited by our Industry Specialists from select markets around the world. If any buyers express interest in meeting with you, we will work to help arrange the meeting(s) prior to or during NPEW 2018. Please note that meetings with buyers are not guaranteed.

Participation: Export-ready companies that wish to participate must register in advance using the form below. There is no fee for this program. As this program is administered by a U.S. government agency, to participate you must confirm that your products are at least 51% U.S. content.

Deadline: Advance registration for this program ends on Thursday, March 1st (or sooner, depending on meeting demand).
