LAGCOE, Louisiana's Global Conference on Energy, is a biennial technical exposition & conference that showcases oil & gas technical innovations to the world.

The U.S. Commercial Service recruiting international buyer delegations to attend LAGCOE 2019. The program includes sessions to inform U.S. companies of the export potential of their products and services to these and other markets, as well as provide expert guidance on best practices to expand internationally. LAGCOE 2019 exhibitors will be promoted to international buyers for pre-arranged appointment scheduling.

“Executive Market Counseling Meetings” offers you a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with our Commercial Specialists from U.S. Embassies and Consulates who have recruited delegations of vetted, legitimate buyers from their markets to attend LAGCOE 2019. You will be briefed on individual market opportunities and challenges related to the oil and gas industry and market potential for your products and services.

Additionally, representatives from the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), the Export-Import Bank of the United States (ExIm) and Industry and Analysis (I&A) will be available for meetings.

  • SBA provides a number of financial assistance programs for small businesses that have been specifically designed to meet key financing needs, including debt financing, surety bonds, and equity financing.
  • EXIM fills in the gap for American businesses by equipping them with the financing tools necessary to compete for global sales when private sector lenders are unable or unwilling to provide financing.
