EuroChat at PowerGen Europe/European Utility Week 2019

Meet with In-Country European Smart Grid/Energy Industry Experts

U.S. exhibitors and visitors at PowerGen Europe/European Utility Week 2019 are invited to meet with European smart grid/energy industry specialists based in U.S. Embassies and Consulates throughout Europe to discuss your company’s business prospects in the European region. 

Specialists covering Austria, Belgium, the Balkan countries, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom will be available at the show to counsel your company on opportunities throughout Europe.

During these complimentary EuroChat consultations, you will present your company’s product/service and business strategy to our entire Europe team at once and receive market feedback from the U.S. Embassy Commercial Specialists covering the industries. 

When?            

  • Tuesday, November 12 – Afternoon
  • Wednesday, November 13 - Morning
  • Thursday, November 14 - Morning

Each individual company session is 25-minutes in length.

Where?
Meetings will take place onsite at the show. Exact location will be provided prior to the meeting. Note that meetings can also take place at your booth schedule permitting.

Registration:
Complete the registration form below to secure your appointment. Your meeting time will be confirmed at least four weeks prior to the show.

Meetings are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The schedule fills up quickly!

Important notes about the EuroChat Program:

  • A limited number of EuroChat meetings are available and will be pre-scheduled through advanced registration.
  • EuroChats are 25-minute sessions. 
  • Your company must offer products/services with 51% U.S. content.
  • You will receive your confirmation email prior to the trade show.
  • No PowerPoint presentations. You will be asked to briefly present your company, product(s) and strategy in Europe. Commercial Specialists will then ask and answer any questions you may have in regard to their respective markets.
