New Post-BREXIT Standards- Learn how the UKCA is different from the CE Mark! On August 31st the U.S. Commercial Service will be hosting a webinar to review the new UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) Marking. The UK officially left the EU, ending its transition period on December 31, 2020. The regulatory landscape is changing. The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is a new UK product marking that is used for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most goods which previously required the CE mark. UKCA marking became part of UK law on exit day, 31 January 2020 and will be mandatory as of January 1, 2023. The UKCA mark applies to most goods previously subject to the CE marking. Join us for this webinar to learn about this new requirement and how to comply.
