U.S. Commercial Service 51 Percent Content Rule

Q. Who does the U.S. Commercial Service serve? 
The U.S. Commercial Service (USCS) primarily serves U.S. companies interested in exporting U.S. goods and services, particularly small and medium-sized businesses.  Companies eligible for our services are a:


a) Corporation, Partnership or other Association created under the laws of the United States or of any State; or, 

b) Foreign corporation, partnership, or other association, more than 95 percent of which is owned by a U.S. citizen or entities described in (a) above; 

SEEKING TO EXPORT
a) Goods or services produced in the United States; or, 
b) Goods or services that contain at least 51% U.S. content.
