International Partner Search (IPS)

Looking for representatives in India to expand your business and boost your export sales? You provide your marketing materials and company background information. We use our network of Indian contacts to locate, screen, and provide a report on up to five potential qualified sales representatives, agents, distributors, joint venture partners, licensees, or franchisees that are interested in your products and services.

If your firm is small or new to export, or if you don't have resources for research or overseas travel, this service provides an easy, economical, quick-access opportunity to enter the Indian market.

The service includes:

  • Identification and outreach to potential matching firms
  • Sending client’s information to identified matching firms
  • Preparing a profile of interested firms, and
  • Providing a report with the profile and contact information for interested firms.

International Partner Search (IPS) + Virtual Introductions:

Provides the same as above, but also includes virtual introductions via conference calls with up to five of the contacts identified.

Price and Turn-around time

For a small business*: $750 (for IPS + Virtual Introductions: $900)
For a medium sized business**: $1,400 (for IPS + Virtual Introductions: $1,750)
For a large business***: $2,800 (for IPS + Virtual Introductions: $3,250)

Six weeks after receipt of payment and complete IPS materials.

Note: Payment for the service has to be received six weeks in advance. Commencement of the service begins once payment is received.

India is a regionally diverse market, so you may wish to order a separate IPS for each region. The IPS service is available at all our seven posts: Northern India (New Delhi), Eastern India (Kolkata), Western India (Mumbai, Ahmedabad), and Southern India (Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad). *Small Business: Company qualifies as a “small business” under SBA’s size standards matched to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes. Please check the online tool that makes it easy to determine company size

**Medium-sized Business: The company does not qualify under SBA’s size standards matched to the NAICS codes, but has less than $1 billion in annual revenue.
