ChooseUSHealth

The U.S. Cooperative for International Patient Programs (USCIPP) is a membership program of the Chicago-based non-profit National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL), and is composed of U.S. academic medical centers, healthcare systems, and hospitals that operate in the international patient care market. USCIPP is a recipient of the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) award and works in collaboration with ITA to help promote the export of U.S. healthcare services internationally, especially in Brazil, China and Hong Kong.

Patients who come to the United States often seek cardiac, cancer, orthopedic, and rehabilitative treatments, as U.S. hospitals offer the most specialized and innovative care available for these and other complex procedures. Clinical outcomes following care received in the United States reflect that the United States is home to the world’s top doctors, most advanced medical technology, and best-respected hospitals.

ChooseUSHealth is an initiative that works to put USCIPP members at the forefront of the minds of international patients. It connects potential international patients, and partnerships between hospitals, to healthcare in the United States.

Please contact Ms. Swee Keng Cheong for upcoming USCIPP activities in Hong Kong and China.
