AIRTEC 2018

The Aerospace Supply Chain in One Place

Mark your calendar and get ready for the AIRTEC 2018, a global B2B meeting and technology event for the aerospace supply chain, taking place October 23-25. After a decade of successful growth in Frankfurt, the show was held in Munich from 2015-2017 with next year’s venue still to be determined. AIRTEC’s commitment to Bavaria demonstrates its importance as an international marketing platform for exhibitors from 30 countries in 2017, almost half of them from outside of Germany, showcasing their know-how and capabilities to an international audience of aerospace experts. The show is designed to provide a focused platform for OEMs, system integrators and aerospace suppliers from all tiers of the industry. The show focuses on targeted product areas and is complemented by a number of high caliber workshops, conferences and lectures. Thus, AIRTEC 2018 presents an ideal opportunity for U.S. aerospace suppliers who want to cater to OEMs and primes in Europe.

The core of AIRTEC 2018 is the B2B meeting program with more than 800 participating companies and 18,000 meetings to be expected in 2018. AIRTEC’s professional B2B platform enables all exhibitors to initiate meetings some 6 to 8 weeks before the event through a pre-organized matchmaking process that is ideally suited to initiate new business co-operations and to prepare targeted conversations with procurement, supply chain and technology managers, as well as developers and engineers.

AIRTEC is also known for its high-profile congress which has developed into a knowledge platform connecting industry and science during a three-day program covering four topics. The congress takes place right next to the exhibition floor to ensure an optimal exchange among the participants.

AERONAUTICS
Additive manufacturing of large parts; composite automation; adaptive systems.

UAV
Civil use; hybrid configurations; air space integration.

NewSpace
Mega constellations; small satellites (affordable space solutions); big data; space law; SatCom; space innovations; launchers at the crossroad.

HELI
Future & enabling technologies; civil & military helicopters; flight simulation, flight safety & pilot training; maintenance & repair; SAR, HEMS; ground & flight test technology; situation awareness; helicopter missions.

At all four congress tracks, experts will provide concise insights into their fields and discuss the latest developments and trends.
