There are two primary value-add services, at no cost to exhibitors, available when meeting Commercial Specialists through the International Buyer Program at 2017 World of Concrete:

Showtime offers a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with our Commercial Specialists from several U.S. Embassies and Consulates experts in the commercial concrete and masonry construction sectors in their countries. During your Showtime appointment, you will be briefed on market opportunities and challenges related to your production in that market. All Showtime appointments will last 20 minutes.

Showtime appointments can take place, either at your booth or at the International Business Center located in the Central Hall. There is no fee to participate. All products and service must be at least 51% U.S. content.

* Additional Bonus Meetings Available for Showtime Appointments:

We are also offering appointments with: 1) Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Office of International Trade, 2) Ex-Im Bank, and 3) the U.S. Department of Commerce Construction Industry Specialist:

  • SBA: learn about their programs to support U.S. exporters: “Export Express Loan”, “Export Working Capital”, “International Trade Loan”
  • Ex-Im Bank: learn to maximize your export potential through competitive credit terms, leveraging your capital base and protecting against non-payment.
  • Department of Commerce Industry Specialist: meet with the Industry Specialist covering the Construction Equipment sector at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Let us help you, the U.S. supplier, connect with international buyers before, during, and after the show, with our exclusive B2B Matchmaking Program. Once you register, your company profile will be shared by our overseas Commercial Specialists covering the Construction and Building Products industry, with pre-screened potential buyers and partners in their markets/countries. Some of these leads may result in scheduled meetings with you at the 2017 World of Concrete Show. Once an overseas firm has selected your company, you will be notified immediately and will receive information on the international buyer or partner for you to follow up and begin a dialogue.
