The South Florida District Export Council, the U.S. Commercial Service, and the University of Miami Business School are hosting Census Bureau officers that will cover regulations and filing requirements of the FTR, as well as how to classify your commodities by providing an understanding of the Schedule B classification requirements and provide a thorough overview of AESDirect within the Automated Commercial Environment. CBP officers will cover port requirements and efforts against terrorism and international narcotics trafficking. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) officers will highlight export control requirements. The seminar will be offered in English and Spanish.
