How to Select Multiple Items in a List Box

Using a Mouse and Keyboard:

Using a Keyboard alone:

Select multiple items which are contiguous (next to each other)...

Hold down the SHIFT key and click on the top and bottom choices of the range of your selection. All choices in between will be selected.

Hold down the SHIFT key and use the arrow keys to choose a range of selections. Click again to de-select.

Select multiple items which are non-contiguous (not next to each other)...

Hold down the CTRL key and click on all your selections. Click again to de-select any choice.

Press SHIFT+F8. Use arrow keys to move between choices and then use the SPACEBAR to select/de-select individual items.

Select or deselect ALL choices...

CTRL+/ selects ALL.
CTRL+\ de-selects ALL.
