Since 2015 Teresa has lead the Business Development activities for Protech Global Solutions. Protech provides a choice in manufacturing options by offering U.S. and Mexico Electronic Contract Manufacturing operations, innovative engineering and supply chain partnerships.

Prior to Joining Protech Global Solutions, Teresa managed the logistics, distribution and Customs for UPS in the U.S. – Mexico Border. In 1998 Teresa participated in the start-up of a large manufacturing facility for First International Computers of Japan, where she gained valuable, additional experience in Logistics and in real estate/construction aspects.  In 2003, Teresa joined The Tecma Group as Director of Business Development and has since been privy to the ever-changing, complex border issues and its opportunities.  Teresa has helped start up more than 30 manufacturing operations along the U.S. and Mexico border.

Teresa holds a degree in Marketing from The Tecnologico de Monterrey, one of Mexico’s premier universities; she serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the YWCA El Paso del Norte Region whose mission is eliminating racism, empowering women and girls, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
