Ms. Kirste Webb provides more than 28 years’ experience in business development. She has extensive expertise in new business acquisition including meeting with customers to identify potential opportunities, qualifying teaming partners, evaluating new technologies, and implementing acquisition strategies. Ms. Webb serves as the Executive Director for Visionary Center for Sustainable Communities (VCSC), which is leading an initiative to implement small-scale waste-to-energy systems in developing countries. VCSC also provides mentoring and consulting services for entrepreneurs and small businesses, as well as deploys mobile classrooms for education and outreach for advanced manufacturing. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA, Marketing, from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Fellow with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, and is a member of Women’s Council on Energy and Environment, Women in Manufacturing, and Women in Technology.
