In 2005, Mr. Marshall was appointed the British Honorary Consul for the State of Arizona, where he continues to serve the needs of British nationals and British companies.

Mr. Marshall was the architect of the City of Phoenix export strategy and responsible for its implementation. The dramatic increase in exports and job creation resulted in the City of Phoenix receiving the President’s “E” Award for Export Excellence earlier this year.
