Dan Christensen currently serves as Group Counsel of IT, Privacy & Security at Intel Corporation.  From 2010-2012, Dan was seconded from Intel to serve as Chief Privacy Officer and Asst General Counsel for a private equity consortium of healthcare and technology businesses in Los Angeles. From 2000-2010, Dan provided privacy/security, transactional, IP, and M/A support at Intel across several industries including healthcare, technology, and telecom.  Dan was also sent by Intel to Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa for 3 years to lead a team supporting Intel’s businesses there. Prior to Intel, Dan did a clerkship, worked for a firm, and in-house at The Williams Companies.  Dan has a MBA from the University of Oxford (UK), a JD from University of Utah, a double BA from BYU, and is CIPM, CIPT and CIPP/US certified by the IAPP.
