This one day course is designed to provide in-depth exposure to core elements of the Export Control Reform (ECR) initiative and focus on new compliance requirements.
Who should attend? This course is for exporters who now will be able to support U.S. military items without incurring International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) liability and to defense exporters with relatively limited exposure to the regulatory requirements of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
