In cooperation with the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna show organizer, BolognaFiere, we are pleased to offer the following complimentary programs to U.S. exhibitors! Take advantage of these programs to learn about exporting to Europe and increase your international sales opportunities!

I. REQUEST COUNTRY SPECIFIC COUNSELING MEETINGS – Italy

o Have a one-on-one meeting with the U.S. Commercial Service Cosmetics & Beauty Industry Specialist from Italy. This specialist is your U.S. government representative and business advocate working out of the commercial section of the U.S. Embassy in Italy.

o Opportunity to discuss the market, potential for your products/services in Italy, distribution channels, sales opportunities, and ask specific questions with an industry expert.

o Meetings will take place during show hours March 15-18 in Pavilion 14 either at the U.S. Commercial Service booth or your booth. For exhibitors located outside Pavilion 14 the meetings will be held at the U.S. Commercial Service booth in Pavilion 14. Meetings available on a first-come, first-served basis.

II. PROMOTION TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/DISTRIBUTORS – promote your company to international buyers/distributors attending Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2018.

o These buyers/distributors are recruited by U.S. Commercial Service/U.S. Embassy staff and are attending the show to find new products and suppliers.

o Your company profile will be shared with these buyers/distributors prior to and during the show to increase visibility and awareness of your company.

o Upon buyer’s request, we will work to arrange introductory meetings between your company and any international buyer/distributor that requests a meeting with you.

o The profile and information of the buyers will also be available through the show organizer’s “YouMeet” B2B Matchmaking Program and you can access their profiles and make meeting requests through that platform. Additionally, some international buyers/distributors may contact you directly themselves before or during Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2018 through the “YouMeet” platform!

These programs are complimentary to U.S. exhibitors as a result of our cooperation and collaborative efforts with the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna show organizer and our industry partners.

Companies that wish to participate must register in advance using the form below. There is no fee to participate. As this program is administered by a U.S. government agency, to participate you must confirm that your products are at least 51% U.S. content.
