Automotive Trade Mission to Central America: Honduras, September 26 and Nicaragua, September 28. The Auto Care Association and the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration announce an opportunity to enter and expand your export business to Central America. The United States is Honduras’ and Nicaragua’s largest trade and economic partner and under the Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), 100 percent of U.S. consumer and industrial goods exports to Honduras and Nicaragua are no longer subject to tariffs.
