Event Summary:
India's rapid port infrastructure growth and marine technology developments open tremendous opportunities for U.S. companies. During this September 10th webinar you will hear first-hand from U.S Embassy Commercial Officer, an expert consultant on Indian ports and a port representative about the latest port expansion and upgrade trends and specific market opportunities for U.S. companies focused in the fastest growth southern coast regions of Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Kochi. These destinations will be featured on an upcoming U.S. Department of Commerce Executive-Led Port and Marine Technology Trade Mission to India February 2-6, 2015 that will be outlined during this webinar. India's extensive coast is home to more than 200 ports, with most equipment obsolete and projected cargo growth rates tripling by 2020. Sales opportunities are coming from government tenders as well as private ports and terminal operators with upgrades and new projects.
